For over 3 decades, we’ve been partnering with teams and organisations wanting to more fully embrace collaborative and strengths-focused ways of working with clients and colleagues. This has included many government and non-government initiatives and projects.
Since 2024, all of our facilitators have been accredited as Appreciative Inquiry Practitioners through the Cooperrider Institute (USA) and Champlain College. This certification enables us to work alongside you and your people to help make meaningful change a reality for your organisation.
We are always open to collaborating with leaders and teams looking for:
- practical ways to develop the strengths and capacities of team members and leaders
- hopeful ways of engaging with important transitions
- ways to better articulate values and how these are embodied in practices and processes
- greater clarity about strategic directions
- striving to develop a culture of learning, feedback and innovation
- a shared plan for addressing gaps between how things are and how they’d like things to be
